Information we collect
We respect the privacy of NRI clients, seniors, patients and local families. We collect information necessary to arrange and deliver the selected service, including contact details, service addresses, appointment instructions and authorised contact information. Property inspection photos, videos, reports and family communications are treated as confidential.
For non-medical assistance we ask only for practical service requirements needed to coordinate the booking. Customers should not send medical records unless a separate lawful and necessary process is expressly established.
How information is used and shared
Access is limited to verified, authorised personnel and service providers who need the information to deliver the service, process payment, support booking or meet legal obligations. We do not publicly publish inspection reports or use client or family photographs for promotion without specific permission.
Information may be disclosed where lawfully required or with the customer’s authorisation. Service-related communications are separate from optional marketing permission.
Website and payment providers
The website uses Google address services to verify service locations, Supabase for booking and application data, email verification for checkout, and Razorpay for online payment processing. These providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy practices.
The current site does not promise that data is never shared with a service provider. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access according to the operational need.
Records and privacy requests
We retain records only for service, business and applicable legal requirements. No fixed retention period is promised on this page because retention depends on the record type and applicable requirements.
