Business and service scope
MAHADEV URBAN SERVICES is an Udyam-registered enterprise based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, providing non-medical personal assistance, urban facilitation, property monitoring and home-care services within the agreed scope. We are not a hospital, licensed nursing bureau, real estate brokerage or legal advisory firm. Udyam registration is enterprise registration and does not establish a professional licence for these excluded activities.
Services may be performed directly by our personnel or through authorised on-call personnel and third-party vendors where disclosed and applicable. Customers must provide accurate instructions, lawful access and a designated contact where required. Scope, price, timing, exclusions and any additional charges are confirmed through the booking or quotation process.
Limits and customer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee clinical outcomes, the absence of hidden or pre-existing property defects, or uninterrupted performance by independent third parties.
These limitations do not exclude responsibility for our own negligence, misconduct, breach of agreed duties, or liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable service and cancellation terms
The service-specific scope and important notice shown on the selected service page form part of the booking information for that service.
Cancellations, refunds, payment options and booking changes are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy version accepted during checkout.
